Placing queue's in steam workshop items; can't figure it out.

Hey guys and gals. I'm pretty new to the game (30 hours) and am having a lot of fun. I look in awe at the things on the workshop and have downloaded a few to put in my park. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to properly queue them as shown on some vids and screenshots of said items.







Whenever I try to place the queue between the fences the pathing just bends in a way I can't make it follow the fences or it ays obstructed.

You need to 'select grid' when placing a queue path. Use these steps...

1). Build 1 segment of (rounded) queue path from the ride entrance.
2). Now click the 'select grid' button in the path tools (bottom right of screen)
3). Now click the squares - start at the 1 piece of queue you have already placed and work your way to the ride entrance.

You will notice that you get square angles (as the above pics show) to your path.

But then I get his. I guess I'm missing something obvious? Though pathing seems anything but obvious in this game. [wacky]
