Plague: Any idea when I will be able to access my ships again?

Hopefully the Bast CG will be completed soon, that should produce a cure which should spread to the quarantined systems.

If the station is closed how are people getting med supplies to them?
Those stations where currently the "cure the plague" community goals are active aren't closed down. Those stations where the "cure the plague" CGs failed last round are locked down (no station services available incl. shipyard).
If you have ships stored in the shipyard of one of the current CG systems it might be a good idea to move them to some other system - just in case.
Once it's presumed to be clear of contamination, then you can grab your ships and transport the plague somewhere else, and earn the title plague bearer.
