Nope we give all our slaves a very comprehensive examination - worming pills and a good dusting of MYL for any lice. Any slaves that are found to be weak, unhealthy, unattractive, or undesirable in anyway shape or form are immediately and humanly shot.

I thought to myself the UA's could be spreading it on black markets and such (think Pacific Rim film) but that was just a wild guess.
