Planet around a star with a distance of only 1.12LS

Today I discovered a metal-rich planet orbiting an L-class brown dwarf in the Bleia Phreia VF-N c7-0 system.
The distance is only 1.12LS! It orbits the star once in 2.44h

I also have a video of the landing, and of the EVA. But as in the last attempt at a planet with a distance of 1.98LS to the star, the game has crashed completely several times. Something ED or OBS doesn't like when the stars are so close. Here is the video.

I'm surprised you were able to disembark. Should it be possible at 1.230k kelvin? That's almost like walking in lava.
I visited planets with lower surface temperatures that nevertheless made it impossible to walk outside.
(maybe that's why the game crashed)

That was changed some time ago, the warning of high temperatures is still there, but you can still get out. My record so far is over 5300 ° K

It's possible now. The time on the surface is limited, though. If you don't make it back to the ship/SRV on time, you're dead.

Ah, that explains a lot 😆 I've noticed that I'm able to walk on some hot surfaces lately with health diminishing, but I thought I just remembered the temperature limit wrong.
