Planet atmospheres near the core

Decided to take a trip out to Sag A, in Odyssey.
I notice, that on the "dark" side of planets, the atmosphere is extremely dark, whereas everything surrounding is much lighter, due to star density.

Seems like its perhaps not taking in the system light levels and just assuming it should be black.

Yes, it looks quite wrong. I find it odd that they didn't make the new atmospheres consistent with the existing atmospheric effects they've had in-game since the beginning (as shown in your last picture), especially as the new atmospheric effects clearly don't look right under the conditions you've demonstrated.

It basically means that everyone in Colonia sees broken atmospheres! 😏

Anyway, there doesn't appear to be an existing issue on the Issue Tracker for this so - go for it! I'll vote for it.

(I would create one myself, but there's a problem with my account that prevents me from creating new issues).

Just saw this last night in Colonia. I will have to add that holy crap the backdrops to some settlements are incredible! However, that dark gradient on the back side is an eye-sore. Added a confirmation.
