Hayo Park Managers!

We have released a Hotfix to address some reports of crashing and issues with the multiselect feature.

Hotfix Notes
  • Fixes:
    • Resolved instances where the multi-select tool could open when using the left and right mouse buttons to move the camera
    • Resolved a crash that could sometimes occur when using video billboards
    • Resolved a crash that could sometimes occur when guests choose a wander point
    • Resolved players being unable to open the browser menu when editing a building or scenery group
    • Resolved looping audio stopping and playing from the beginning when moving the camera away from the speaker
    • Resolved cases where the scenery rating of tracked rides was unaffected by nearby scenery (remember, all rides need to complete a cycle for the scenery rating to adjust to recently placed scenery pieces).
  • Adjustments and optimisations:
    • (Console only) Memory usage optimisation for video billboards

Thank you for providing those hotfixes instead of waiting for the monthly update to solve issues!

Finally I'll get scenery rating for my powered rotating ride and go karts...

No fix for the path tool that this update broke?

That's a shame, nice to see other bugs fixed though......thank you.

Although if there actually was some meaningful Q&A, you would be finding these bugs. We found lots of them within an hour of playing, and paid for the privilege too!

The work is appreciated of course. But still...

Massively appreciated, but please, please, prioritize fixing the now broken path draw tool. You are no longer able to switch between curved and straight when drawing with the path tool and it has severely taken away from the fun and usability of pathing and plaza building.

(The fact the blue coaster highlight has gone back to not disappearing when recolouring is also an issue but I can live with that longer than the path draw tool being broken😶)

Loving this game SO much more lately though, the updates are really shaping it up and it's feeling more and more polished with each update. Tremendously excited for its future.

On a more positive note, the update has pushed the recent Steam reviews to mostly positive...🥳🎉🥳 this hotfix will add to it too. Great stuff, it is deserved.

Hello! We are aware of that issue and whilst it is not part of this hotfix it will be sorted in a future update.

@frontier Say, maybe you could give the Vector 4 Seat Launch Coaster the option of letting the individual cars rotate when you switch to the rotation car, because this option is currently missing :)
