I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out because I absolutely love Planet Coaster 2—it’s such an amazing game, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it. However, I’m facing an issue and could really use your help.
I currently own the original edition, but I’d like to upgrade to the Deluxe Edition. Unfortunately, the system is asking me to pay the full price for the Deluxe Edition, even though I’ve already purchased the original version. It feels a little disheartening because I truly want to experience all the incredible DLCs, but I can’t afford to buy everything outright.
Is there any way you could upgrade my original edition to the Deluxe Edition, or will I need to pay the full price? I’ve been a loyal customer and a huge fan of the game, and it would mean the world to me if there was a way to make this possible.
