Planet Coaster steam store

When I go to Planet Coaster game in the steam store it still says I can buy planet coaster eventhough I own alpha 3 on steam...

Maybe is there a way to make it so it knows you already got the alpha 3 (thus the thrillseeker edition) ?

I would also like this so that when steam friends go to the Planet Coaster steam store page they see that you already own the game so they can ask questions about it etc

Would this be possible? Would be nice for yourself, others and your steam friends to see that you already got the game

Its probably just how the advertising is all weird and changing right now, hopefully by full release that will change

at least it does say when a friend is PLAYING the alpha, will probably be fixed for full release

I think it's against possible negative reviews Reviews like this: "This game is bad because it doesn't have a wooden coaster and water rides."

I think the Steam Alpha Version and Release version are considered two separate games in Steam's games database. It would explain why it does not show that we own it yet and why there are no screenshots and such in the community tab.

I think you are right. Its probably because the alpha is not really available to buy anymore, so they are only selling the final release

You can no longer buy the Alpha, sales on that are closed. However, you can still pre-order the game.
