So you abandoned the game at three years. No more development, no new content, no new DLC added or no new packages to buy. NOPE! This game just hit the trash bin. Bye PC.
Unfortunatly he's quite right. We're in march and there's no DLC since last June, no update since a very long time, no nothing. It's sad cause this is one of my favorite games, by far. There are a ton of things to do yet. But it seems the game is dying slowly for the benefit of Planet Zoo and the console version (and now the F1 game...). I thank Frontier for all the happiness they brought me with this game that exceeded my expectations.
I'm still playing it a lot, but I often find myself frustrated by the field of possibilities which diminishes as time goes by. There are so many attractions that will never see the light of day in this game, and that would have deserved their place to be able to ensure endless possibilities to the game. Also several things that are important to me, like the fact that we can only play during summer on a green map (if you choose these maps), always sunny, always hot, no variation, no cloudy, rainy, snowy, cold... It creates some kind of monotony, decreases the possibilities of management, and, for me who really like the role play, prevents fun things like the possibility of placing a park in an actual geographic area to track the weather as it is in real life at that location, changing it as the temperatures manually. I already do this for the time each hour. There are so many things that could have been done!
The work that the developers have done is so spectacular that the game deserved to be fueled for a few more years. 3 years of effective life, with additions of content, it's really too short, almost a waste.
In fact, I have never been so frustrated that a game comes to a "complete stop" so quickly. And it is not because it was not officially said by Frontier that we do not see it. It's obvious. And as an enthusiast, it touches me more than any other game. But that's how life goes! Thank you again for the work you have done so far, you have brought the amusement park management simulation to something big. Very big. Thank you very much!
