General / Off-Topic Planet coaster vs rollercoaster tycoon world - opinions please

Is this a trick question? Roller coaster tycoon world is a roller coaster tycoon world of hurt! Planet coaster wins in the argument but parkitect wins in terms of management

Parkitect wins. I must ignore the graphics. I hate that graphics style. I´m not also sure if I´m happy that it´s grid based. It´s simplier, but I miss possibility to build paths however I want.

Although, that´s it. There is nothing else I can complain about in Parkitect and gameplay is awesome, deep, challenging and dynamic. That kind of gameplay I expected from PC, but it didn´t happen.

What is the most stunning about Parkitect is their very small team that achieved great things with Parkitect.

Part of me really wants to pick up Parkitect. The game is developed by only 3 people. They are really nice guys. I just can't get behind the visual style of the game. Although from the last few videos I've seen, they have improved shaders and lighting. Maybe eventually I'll give it a shot. Right now Planet Coaster still very much satisfies my Park Management itch.

Was playing Parkitect for a few hours before going to work. I am just plodding my way through the campaign. (Done around 5 or 6 of them). It a wonderfully created game, with a better management structure than Planet Coaster. But after finishing the campaign I won't be going back.

As much as I am not a Sandbox player, there is something satisfying creating wonderful looking parks in Planet Coaster, The missions so far in Parkitect, have been very similar and a very much one way of completing them, but I have only played a few, so I don't want to judge it yet. It loads better than RCTW.
