Yea i was shocked and suprised about this Planet. And its in a Zivilisation System Controlled by Federation (ROSS 780 if you want to Visit )

Haha, awesome, I didn't expect it to be in human space. I thought you'd found this at 30,000Ly away from sol or something... Maybe someone should tell Devs about it

I love how that planet manages to look dark and cold whilst it's literally sunbathing.
And yes, it's certainly a bug. The submerged portion is even visible through the star.
