I've only noticed this and unsure if it's by design (thinking not) or a bug. I explored a system (LP353-74) and discovered all locations (about 15 or so). I travelled to a system next to it, docked at its station (funny thing about the station, is it offers outfitting and when I browsed, no items for any components for sale. I assume none for my ship) and I logged off. I logged back later and decided to travel back to LP353-74. Everything was unexplored. What the?
