Planet list from explore log

Greetings all,

During my journey to elite rank for exploration I managed to log alot of interesting planets.

I went on to create a planet search database from all the screenshot data.

Its nothing fancy, but I'm assuming at some point in the future we will be able to do stuff on terraformable planets, and this creation will then come in handy since the majority of the planets listed are that type.
