I was about to say I will wait for a sale, then saw the Raccon Dog.

Thank you for two animals from my wishlist, Frontier. I am still very unsure about the elephant, but all models in the trailer look absolutely stunning (and now my beloved Indian elephant actually unfortunately does not look good anymore, even if I like the species more.)

Hell yeah blackbuck! It was fairly inevitable for this pack but that's the first animal that was properly high on my wishlist to be added since Oceania. And although I would normally be opposed to antelope double ups, blackbuck and nilgai are a very appropriate pairing so I'm fine with it in this case.

A great selection of animals on the whole - great to get Asian antelope like blackbuck and nilgai and I’m thrilled to be getting a tanuki!

But the elephant baffles me. I’m trying to focus on what it is than what it could be but Sumatran tiger, Asian lion, chital, kiang, any crane, duck or goose would make more sense to me. I don’t want to be too negative but I just do not get it.

Haha, funny, another canine (I think raccoon dogs are canines right?)
Overall this roster is decent, I like it. Blackbuck and Nilgai are obvious choices for such a pack, the deer is very nice, personally dont need the raccoon dog but happy for you guys who wanted it.
But let's talk about the elephant in the room. He looks really good and from what I saw also distinct enough from the Indian one. Still, I did not need it and I guess nobody really did.

I'm conflicted.
The Blackbuck is finally here, pretty cool.
The honey badger and macaque weren't too high on my wishlist but alright I guess.
The raccoon dog... Knowing that it's probably not going to climb and that it's the Japanese species/subspecies, is VERY disappointing.
The elephant looks good but is pretty useless.
The Nilgai and Pere David's Deer... I usually like ungulates, but this is feeling like Arid 2.0. on the other hand though, Asia was lacking some ungulates like deer and antelopes so it's fine.
