Planet Zoo Crash Reporter screen

My game has been fine since day one, now when I try to load my franchise I get a white box with 'Oops, looks like Planet Zoo has crashed' at the top.
I can make a second zoo and load it up no problem, but my main zoo just crashes.
Anyone had and solved this? I've been googling it, but am unable to find a fix.

I had the same problem and I found a solution. Maybe I can help you ! (I will try because I'm not very good in English )
So.
Click on the right button of your mouse (I hope you understand what I mean) on "Planet Zoo" when you're on the screen where all your games appear (the first screenshot I put).
Then, choose the last proposition: "Propriétés..." (in French, so "Properties" in English maybe ?)
Then, a new screen appears (2nd screenshot). Click on the third tab (3rd screenshot) which is "Fichiers locaux" in French.
After click on the fourth proposition (in French : "vérifier l'intégrité des fichiers du jeu", in English "check files ..." I think)
Then Steam downloads the files that were missing (screenshot 4).

Wait for the downloading.
After that, I could play !
