I would say a "yes", there have been more people with this issue in the past. I think that problem was solved for most people in a previous update. not many people posting this problem anymore.
Is it Franchise , Challenge or Sandbox ? If it were Franchise - maybe starting a new one could be a solution to try ?
Losing 1 hour progress is not the end of the world
Verifying your steamfiles is always a good one to start.
And ofc. onk's option are options to try as well.
You can always mail your savefile to frontier support.
