Hayo Zookeepers!
Whew, can you believe July is over already? It flew by so fast we've only just had a chance to put together our Monthly Catch Up! Ready for a little reminder of all the great stuff that happened in Planet Zoo this July?
News:
Update 1.6.2 and Update 1.6.3 both made their way to Planet Zoo this July - our wonderful developers sure are speedy! These two updates dealt with some issues reported by the community after the launch of the Planet Zoo: Africa Pack and free Update 1.6, so we really appreciate all of your feedback so far! If you're still experiencing any issues or bugs, please report them using the Issue Tracker, and do please send your crash reports if you're experiencing crashes during your gameplay, they really help!
We also announced the winner of our Pride Competition this month - it was a really tough choice and there were lots of incredible entries, but you can see Scoot Frog's incredible winning submission, the Transformations Butterfly House, below:

Finally, it's time to round off July with a reminder of all the Zoopedia facts we shared:
- The paw pads of the fennec fox are covered in thick fur to allow them to walk on the hot sand of the Sahara desert.
- African Penguins are preyed upon by sharks and fur seals in the ocean and kelp gulls, mongoose, cape genets and domestic cats and dogs on land.
- The Southern White Rhinoceros is the largest pure grazer in the world.
- The Sacred Scarab Beetle was seen as a representation of the Sun God Ra by Ancient Egyptians, who likened the rolling of dung balls to the sun rolling across the sky.
