I was going to buy this game myself, but someone gifted it to me on Steam. I had planned on buying the Deluxe version, but apparently the version I was gifted was not deluxe. Is there a way I can upgrade to deluxe?

You can refund a purchase if you've had the game less than 14 days and played less than 2 hours, I'd assume you could file a ticket and refund the gift for Steam credit and then pay the £12 extra to get the Deluxe edition?
