Planet Zoo won't launch from Steam - Windows 11

Hi,

I just purchased Planet Zoo from Steam, but it won't launch.

It installs just fine, but when I click "Play", the button switches to "Stop" for a moment, then back to "Play" again and the game never launches.

My laptop is new and came with Windows 11. It's got decent specs:
Intel i7 8-core
16GB RAM
GeForce RTX 3060 (6GB)

I tested Planet Zoo back in August with my sister's Steam account and it started fine. However, I hadn't tried playing it again until I bought my own copy two days ago. I've been trying to get it to launch ever since. I have a feeling it must be a bug with the most recent update.

Can anyone help? This is extremely frustrating.

Side note - I linked my Steam account to my Frontier account, but I still can't figure out how to actually open a support ticket. Super frustrating.

That really strange. I'm not sure why Steam would respond that way.
When signing into the Tech Support you would use your Frontier account log in, the same one you use to log in here.
