Hi,
I have a Windows 11 laptop (the laptop came with Windows 11, it's not an upgrade) and I can't launch Planet Zoo from Steam.
I've search online and tried all the suggestions that I've found - it still won't start. I click "Play" from Steam, it switches to "Stop" for a moment, then goes back to "Play" as if it had been stopped.
This laptop has decent specs, so I don't think it's a hardware issue:
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz, 2301 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB
NVidia GeForce RTX 3060
This is extremely frustrating. My sister can play this game just fine on her Windows 10 machine that has much lower specs.
I suspect this happened after a recent upgrade, because I tried Planet Zoo earlier in August (my sister ran it on my laptop to test it out) and it was fine. However, I just purchased it myself with my own Steam account and it won't run.
Please help!
