hello cmdrs can i get an idiots explanation of how you get water based life on a gas giant ,cos water is a liquid the gas of which is steam . does that mean any fish comes ready cooked ?:S

Water (H20) is not a liquid its a molecule that can be a solid, liquid, or gas. When they say water based like they mean that's what the life is made of. We are carbon based.
