Newcomer / Intro Planetary Scan Jobs - Artificial Structure (NO data point)

Hello, I’ve received a mission, one of dozens I’ve done before. This time, I arrived to Artificial Structure, but apart from two laser turrets (marked green, fiends), I can’t see any data points to scan anything.

What should I do?

Does the base need to be powered up first?
