Planetary view not for all planets?

Out in the black exploring and I have an ADS and DSS.
I won't claim a lot of experience with the new Planetary View but is it available for all planets?

Seem like sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't.
Is there a certain criteria for when available?

EDIT: Okay I think I see it. Planetary View is only available for landable planets?
