Apologies if this has been raised elsewhere, I couldn't find anything on it.
I've just spent a while exploring outside the bubble. Found a system where nothing was showing as "first discovered" by anyone. Scanned the entire system (with detail scanner) including a binary pair out at 160000+ Ls. Got the data back and sold it. Received notification that I'd got first founder status on a number of bodies (though not all). When I go back and look at that system in the Galaxy map, only the first star and its first 3 planets are showing as discovered by me - but the rest of the system still isn't attributed to anyone else, although I can now see all the data.
I sold off the data a system at a time, so I don't think it's the page-at-a-time bug. Seems to be something to do with the Galaxy map. Has anyone else seen this? Is it a known thing?
