Planets deformed / partially missing...

Hey Cmdrs,

anyone else having this issue? Trying to land on a deformed planet causes a ctd after leaving orbital glide. I was stuck i an landing attempt once but was able to sovle it by logging in to the base game and being moved to a safe location. I play on a radeon 6900 xt and updated to the adrenalin 22.5.2 driver recently. Take note of the settlement distances on the targeted planet =D. Dont know if a downgrade to the previous driver or even a reinstall of the game will help. Dont want to bother before i get some advice here.

Looks like some sort of planet generation issue, as Factabulous says, probably driver related. The settlement distance is a the maximum size for a 64bit binary number, basically an out of range error, it's not getting the correct data from the planetary generation process.

The latest Adrenalin driver was the culprit. Too bad i had to downgrade. I can confirm that it gave me a FPS boost of nearly 30% on a Station. Anyway thx...
