Planets not rendering in the frustum area of the screen

This issue is a common occurrence when converting flat screen games to stereoscopic 3D, and Elite has generally been pretty good about this. Previous versions may have had some slight rendering issues at the very side of the screen very rarely when flying around planets, but as of 2.1 it has become an issue for all landable planets.

Every landable planet, when outside orbital cruise range, will fail to render at the edge of my screen, usually appearing white with stars peaking through. This is very distracting when dog-fighting near planets, and otherwise looks very ugly.

My specs: Rift CV1, Windows 10, GTX 780ti (drivers up to date: version 368.22), i7-4770k 3.5GHz, 16 GBs of ram

Despite some bugs here and there i'm enjoying 2.1 quite a bit otherwise! Keep up the great work!
