Planning future ventures to HIP 101110? Spare a thought for the people of BD+22 4939!

For those CMDR's with a frontiering spirit, I would ask that you spare a thought for the plight of the people of BD+4939.

Located in the general direction of the soon-to-be new frontier port at HIP 101110, the system of BD+4939 has gone mostly unnoticed by all, barring the pioneers of exploration & adventure into the great unknown of the Milkyway Galaxy.

This largely unknown frontier agricultural colony has suffered from ill attention from lack of trading routes, & as a result, has succumbed to the darker side of human nature; the colony has been overrun with slavery & fascism!


I am calling on all CMDR's with a conscience to lend your support in aid towards overturning this scourge of BD+22 4939 ! The BD+224939 Union strives everyday to overturn the current fascist oppressors, and bring justice & equality for all of the suffering citizens of this system!

Pilots wishing to lend their time & effort into aid for this noble cause will find it a reasonable detour from future ventures out to the soon-to-be developed HIP 101110 system.

A recommendation for making trips out to BD+22 4939 will be to stop off at the NGUNA before making the trip down to BD+22 4939, and picking up some agricultural supplies to help further develope the colony;

Marine Equiptment & Crop Harvesters will fetch good profits, & aid in further development of the colonys agriculture,
& a batch of 'Nguna Modern Antiques' help to bring some comfort to the struggling people of BD+22 4939, while being a good incentive for any CMDR's willing to make the trip down.

Notes:

* Many missions out here will regularly call for things like Food Cartridges, aswell as Personal Weapons, Combat Stablizers & Agri Medicines

* Missions on the bulletin board can sometimes take awhile to show up.

* The trip down to BD+22 4939 is a moderate distance away from anything, and being able to complete a mission or two on your first trip out can help alleviate frustration, so taking out a supply of the above commodoties can be an advantage.

*BD+22 4939 is about an 8-10 minute trip from NGUNA in an Asp with best jump range (27Ly or there abouts for me, fully laden)

BD+22 4939 is 155Ly from NGUNA, & 262 Ly from HIP 101110; Yes, I will admit it is not in a beautiful perfect straight line between NGUNA & HIP 101110....... :D

Based on my search on the map, the primary star in HIP 101110 is a B-class star. Based on the size of the star in the map, it might be a blue supergiant. Exploring that system could be interesting (and I think a lot of explorers went there already due to the event). ;)

I did take a swing out to HIP 101110 last night. The whole area (surrounding) that system has indeed been picked clean by explorers. :D

The star is indeed a B-class. I didn't do my own detailed scans of the system, but it looks like there might be a couple of terraform candidates, but mostly it actually looks like it will be mostly a resource system, judging by the abundant number of ringed planets.

If the system doesn't have it's own agriculture, then BD+22 4939 would be a good place to pickup some food stuffs to help supply HIP 101110.

Regardless, having another system (kind of...lol.....) in the vicinity of BD+22 4939 should really help to increase the traffic out there.

For the last few months, it has had a traffic of about 2-3ships (including mine) per 24 hours. However, lately it has had more like 6-7 ships; Mostly Asp Explorers.


I'm interested to see how this system will evolve in the coming months with more people visiting, and hopefully, playing a role in BD+22 4939's internal politics :D

on the other side of space we need youre help in pand similiar situation bring food cars, personal weaps, non lethal weapons and the like
