Your Feature Request / Idea
I would really love if there was a planning mode for building placement, so that we could put a structure down, then maybe tweak its angle a little bit, place other structures near it, make other modifications again if needed, and finally begin actual construction when everything is in place and fitting properly. Can't say how many times I've had to demolish and rebuild a couple buildings just because they obstructed or were obstructed by something else that needed to be there, or their viewing angle was a smidge off.
