I believe that one tool that is missing from this game is the Planning & Layout Tool. One that would allow the player to draw (or import) a map layout with graphics that could be turned on/off. These graphics could be lines, arcs, shapes, etc. representing your project build plans. It's just an overlay that prevents folks from using paths and such to define areas that represent your plans. In the real world of engineering, we call these Paper Dolls... I would have figured this would have been part of the "research" package, but it was not. Another option would be to allow the player to do this kind of thing outside of PC2 and to import the PDF to again... provide you with a "layout". Any thoughts?
