Planning Permission

Imagine having to submit Planning Permission like in some countries and then having to wait for weeks only for it to be rejected for being unsafe or the local council aren't quite happy with the design/theme.

I'm not quite sure if I'm being serious or not.

In previous games there were scenarios where trees could not be removed, or you couldn't build above a certain height. This is in essence planning restrictions.


Wonder if you could get some kind of noise related restriction for scenarios with people living close by. You'd have to place your big coasters in the middle of the land, and avoid noisy machinery like lift hills (in favour of tires or magnets).

I hope there isn't any waiting involved though. Slows the game a lot.
