How much should I have (including the Type 6 sale) to buy a T7 and have it mandatory upgraded (meaning top tier FSD/cargo) and being able to load it full while keeping the insurance safe ?

Basic numbers (ignoring trade)
23 million for ship + 5A drive + 228 cargo space + 2.8 million for a full load of high supply palladium + 1.2 million for insurance.
27 million should about do it if you want to start right.

Don't forget type 7 cannot land on outposts.. 
The T7 itself isn't that expensive it's the A5 FSD (which is practically a requirement to do any worthwhile trading) which gets you! You should look out for somewhere that sells the T7 as you approach 25M in assets and also look for a trade route with < 17LY jumps to avoid having no business after you've bought it.
I stripped out my Asp to buy my T7 (was able to use quite a few modules) but the T7 makes money so fast the Asp was back up to explorer spec in an hour or two.

Pretty accurate - in my experience, just double the insurance & full load money. Have twice as much.
Some people may suggest the Clipper is superior and worth the wait. There's a post on that on here too, somewhere.
But bear in mind that:
1) the Clipper has a higher price and thus you lose more on the trade-in.
2) Crucially, the T7 DOES NOT NEED SHIELDS as repairing it costs next to nothing. The Clipper DOES needs shields. Thus, the T7 runs THE SAME cargo as the clipper (not less as some claim) and (as it's cheaper and you get there faster) it's therefore more efficient.
