So I get told to scan a area that is filled with EVIL TERRORIST. Okay, sounds easy. I do all the steps, find the settlement. I fly as close to it as I can with my ship that is armed for ground attack, NOTHING. Alight it has no defences.
*gets in SRV* oh wait...srv sensors detect tons of turrets. WAIT, so our ships sensors can't see the turrets but my SRV can? Okay than. All the defences are wanted, I can blow them up without any issues. I do that, no fines are placed on me, I even get a bounty reward for destroying them.
OKAY TIME TO SCAN THE DATA POINTS. 'TRESSPASSING, WANTED BY THE FACTION THAT GAVE YOU MISSION" I am now wanted by the very faction I took the mission from. For scanning a data point at a terrorist base, yet they didn't care when I destroyed all the defences.
This system makes no sense. Why am I being fined for scanning a data point owned by terrorist given to me in a mission from the faction that owns the system. Is this ANOTHER glitch or just bad game design?
