Plasma Accelerator velocity is rather slow

Been a while since i was in a CZ but both in my Battleconda and FDL with the C4 PA i never got a 1 shot kill.

Enough ppl have - so while its nothing that happens all the time it is perfectly feasible.

Somewhat unrelated - about a week ago I had my first true one shot kill against a shielded ship. Hit a unscathed Eagle with two med rails => immediate explosion.

I've two-shot an Anaconda PP, but never one-shot.

Good luck finding an Anaconda in a RES now though.
