PLATINUM PASS to download any Elite Dangerous Game Extra from Frontier Store

I have bought Elite Dangerous Legendary Edition for PS4 on DVD.
AND Elite Dangerous + Horizons digital download versions from the Playstation Store, because I play so often.
AND I have bought LOADS of Frontier Points to spend on Game Extras in the Frontier Storm.

So for diehard Elite Dangerous Commanders ... your most dedicated customers ... how about offering an option to buy a FRONTIER STORE PLATINUM PASS ?
Download whatever Game Extras for Elite Dangerous you like from the Frontier Store, whenever you like !

The PLATINUM PASS price I leave open for discussion by Commanders. How much do you think would be reasonable ?

I don't think the pricing for a Platinum Pass can be reasonable since the pricing for the cosmetics it would get you currently isn't.

Not that I'm against the idea, if people are willing to spend the money. They could call it the Highway Robbery Pass, or some space travel equivalent.

Well the suggested platinum pass would be expensive, as just by looking at the all the paint jobs already present, with all the CMDR customizations, ship kits, etc, etc then even if you just bought a fraction of these, the sum pretty soon racks to be multiple times of what you paid for the game with a Horizon Pass.

So and we also know that whoever is most likely to buy this are the big spenders anyway. So they have already spent ALOT of money already.... So what would be the incentive for those player to shell out another big chunk of money to basically buy all the stuff they have already bought?


But if you bought ENOUGH stuff, all that would be bring you close and close to the Platinum PASS, then all those who are big spender would already get this, and everyone else would be working towards getting their own platinum pass. And I do not see this happening anytime soon...



So lets recap,

1. This only is targeted at big spenders, so that already excludes the majority of players.
2. Big spenders, have most likely already spent around what the platinum pass would cost anyway... so now you need to give them something extra to have them to double up on their investment...
3. And adding a progress to earn the platinum pass by store purchases, would put a max limit on spending, thus no more money from the big spenders... So capping of a source of income does not fit with the current strategy...
