Play as a visitor?

Not necessarly true. I have played Planet Coaster and sims both on PC, I have also played Sims, Tropico and other games like that and had no issues on either controls. I have also played first person shoots on both and frankly they are horrible on PC.

Sorry but if you think having extreme precision with a mouse in a FPS is horrible then I don't know what else to say. You have said in the past that you prefer consoles. So that is probably why you suffered through those games with a controller, cause you prefer consoles. I play games on my PC and in most games the mouse is superior. The only time I use a controller is when I am either playing a racing game or flying something. Otherwise I stick to the mouse and keyboard.

I am sure these companies that make games have test audiences or whatever. They know the controller is not very good so they simplify the game in cases like this one or if it's a shooter they give it auto aim.

Funny discussion. FPS and RTS/Tycoon games are actually the only games that I'm playing with a mouse and keyboard precisely for the reasons mentioned by PCMR4Life. All other games, be it racing, sports, action adventure games (e.g. Tomb Raider) I prefer a controller over mouse. Essentially any game where precision isn't really needed.

Or maybe because you use PC aso muc,h ,you're just not very good at using a controller and won't accept others can use controllers quite well.

But doesn't that contradict your argument? You have stated that you prefer PC so that means that you are most comfortable with using that and would assume that it would be harder on anything else.

I agree, I wouldn't choose to use a controller over a mouse and keyboard, but controllers aren't as hard to use as people make them out to be. Especially for a game like this where you're just placing items down.
