Play as the park owner in a Third Person View

Hello,
I have the Idea, that we can play as a controllable character (park owner) in Third Person (Like in Thrillville - Of the rails). That would be sooooooo great [yesnod].
And you can interact with other park guests like give imformations about your favorite atraction (park guests will ride this atraction the next time). Visit as a park guest the theme park of other players.
Also it would be nice, if we can play mini games like kart driving, Minigolf and so on.
I hope that can be realised with the Third Person playable character.

I love this idea. It would actually make me want to buy the game NOW if it was definite that this would be in the game. I'd love to be able to go around the park working there as either park owner or staff member or a choice of either with jobs to do. Park guest mode would be another one i'd love because you get to experience your own park and see what visitors see which might help improve coasters and other aspects of your theme park.
