why cant I take out a bounty on another player?
maybe require a certain level of influence with the sector faction before you can do it.
You put up the bounty plus a fee and then players and npcs can take the bounty from that and related stations.
Would be a nice surprise for someone that griefs you when they start getting targeted wherever they go till they get killed 1 time or maybe pay the bounty off themselves.
if they pay the bounty off you get the money so either way you win.
Also limit the number of times of day you can do it to 1.

Hmm... so a person decides who he wants to kill and put it in the hands of others or NPCs. I think this might be considered as griefing as well.

Ya NPC is going too far, but allowing players to place bounties that other players can hunt for, is interaction
