This is a call to arms to and from the Merchant Marines to all Federation and independent pilots:
Denton Patreus, that immoral filth, whose primary means of business is forcing debt onto systems and leveraging that debt to enslave its citizens, is at it again. This merchant of death, the prime arms dealer of the hated Empire, now aims to convert Eotienses, a traditionally peaceful agricultural and refinery system, into a High-Tech economy, no doubt to further fuel his military-industrial-enslavement complex. We cannot let this madman's march of misery continue unabated. To this end, we of the Merchant Marines announce Operation Papercut, an active blockade of the Eotienses community goal.

Targets: Pilots helping the Community Goal at Parkinson Dock
When: For the duration of the Community Goal (as of publication, 5 sol-standard days)
Rules of Engagement: All traders in Asp and above will be interdicted, interrogated, and if necessary, eliminated. We will give all traders a single warning to leave. Traders will also be given an opportunity to dump all cargo and leave with their ships and lives intact.
We invite all interested participants and groups to join us in this blockade. Leaders of groups can directly contact CMDR Bloodhawk. To our brethren of the Alliance, I ask you - when the Empire's finally done with its pathetic soap-opera succession battles and turns its eye outwards to hostile invasion, as it always does, will your home be safe? Join us in our efforts!
To our imperial friends, I ask that you stay away from this CG and make your riches elsewhere. Patreus is unworthy of your honorable support. We wish for no unnecessary bloodshed, merely that this threat be stopped. (I mean, look at the guy he just LOOKs evil.)
