A quick look at your faction suggests you are present in a lot of systems but don't have a lot of players. It may be that compared to whoever is competing against you you are stretched thin on resources having annoyed someone.
In general contested Wars & Elections are dependant more on player count than outright skill (although it certainly helps). One player can only do so much work on any conflict in one day, half a dozen average skilled players can do more work.
OTOH when a faction is not influence locked by a conflict a single experienced player can do more damage to a single faction spread over multiple systems than a dozen or more skilled players defending that one faction.
Also with elections if your opposition has control of a dockable asset explo data can be sold into they can save up work in advance & apply enormous inf by selling a lot of it each day. Wars aren't like that because if one saves up bounties they must be sold in one lot so it only helps for one day of the war.
I would caution against accusing any opposition of botting, ime it invariable isn't (I'm not saying it doesn't happen). Just report it & if it was someone doing something FDev doesn't allow you will see the activity change in the game. If it doesn't change you know it wasn't cheating & will have to accept that you can't win 'em all
