i'd love to see people being able to create their own factions and corporations and just do away with the current powerplay. players would expand and to the same things as now but the powers would be actual people. the corporations would have their own economies then they'd be able to buy new stations etc etc, and expand. would make elite much more interesting, in my opinion.
