The Player Journal currently gives a lot of exploration information. It provides the location of systems along with there names. It also provides results from detailed surface scanners. This request asks that the result of discovery scanners be included as well. Here is the type of data that I see this entry having:
Adding this to the logs would allow a review of the logs to determine what amount of the system has received a detailed scan.
