Player Kill Score (like Victory Markings) and Incentive to Stay Alive

Hello,

I have two suggestions merged into one feature:

1. It would be nice to have something along the lines of victory markings, a score showing the number of kills the player has against other players. It should only count the kills against other players because that would be a "truer" indication of skill. This score can be shown next to combat ranking both in own ship's status panel and targeted ship's profile in lower left pane (e.g., Competent - 23 kills).

2. In order incentivize players to stay alive, this kill counter can be reset if the player dies. This way, the score would literally mean "the number of player kills without getting killed". This way, seeing a player with a high score would be something really terrifying. With the current state of the game, even if I see a Dangerous ranked player, I do not know if he/she is really very skilled or has just killed a lot of AI ships by grinding.

Reset of the score will also make high scoring players more likely to be careful and behave realistically as there is something really at stake apart from in game credits (which are relatively easy the earn, at least in my opinion).

As a nice-to-have (and not crucial at all), the score might be painted as a decal on the player's ship, just like they did in WWII (either with numbers or with victory markings like in the picture attached).

I have seen games with kill scores. They usually turn into a frag fest with everyone trying to get to the top of the leaderboard. Sorry but I don't like the idea of turning Elite into an arcade game like that.
