FDEV, will you allow player groups to apply to have a PMF in the new stations (or planetary ports) being placed on the colonia hiway or current stations that already exist?

One did (they were placed there without any say) and they can't get any missions or expand or take over.
That's not a bad thing if peace and quiet is what you want but having it forced on you is a bit crap.
