I've been seeing a lot of systems with wars and civil wars going on between factions while I've been doing bulletin board delivery missions. In some systems the people I've been delivering to are one of the factions engaged in the war. Wouldn't it be logical to assume that me completing missions for one faction would annoy the other faction and make them more hostile towards me?

Also, unsanctioned outposts.

Most of these appear to be pirate bases, or at least that's what I'm assuming from the red skull with an eye patch holograms they display. Surely they'd be a bit more frosty towards strange ships entering their territory? Maybe not openly hostile, but certainly I'd assume they would have a large security presence and ships around their bases, to fend of a federal security incursion.
