Player ship firing missiles while facing away from me. Normal?

Go to the 02:40 point. The Cutter is facing away from me yet fires missiles that track me. He may have a friend on-board (multi-crew), but does that allow someone to fire missiles at a target to the rear?

I think you forgot a video link...but from what I can see on Coriolis the only missiles that can be turreted are AX ones. I may have missed something though.

Yes, as long as they are seekers, a crew member can lock and fire at a target from any angle.

You can also see that the Cmdr has another player on board. In the target info it shows "crew 2/3"

You can also maintain a lock for a short time after the target has passed out of your view.
