I don't think so, you'll just play on your standard live-servers account.

The Beta test servers use one of our saves about two days old, I was a bit surprised to load the game and find my ship floating in space! TBH having the Beta play carried over would change your current character rep significant and/or restrict your play style, mind you keeping a Vulture, an FDL and 20 mil would be nice!

The answer is no. Beta is played on a test server separate to your main.
