playing with a controller, need some advice

Hello everyone, i use a logitech game controller, similar to a playstation controller, it has all the bells and whistles of the major console controlers, but was cheaper and works well with PCs, ive already got all my mappings roughly where I want them, but I have a bit of an issue because the slightest movement of the analog stick in the pitch direction causes my ship to pitch too fast to aim at targets effectively, it has progressive inpur so that isnt the issue, (confirmed out of combat) I know many are satisfied by their controller experience so I want to know how you fixed that issue with the absence of any sensitivity settings.

There is sensitivity settings,

I dont have this problem with my offical ps4 control, but I cant remember if that is because I tweaked the sensitivity at the start.

I have my sensitivity set to about a third from the left.

Yeah, I was looking at yawtoroll sensitivity (which I turned off).

There doesnt seem to be an option.

Maybe try that motionjoy thing, I think that allows you to tweak sensitivity.

What is motionjoy and is it specific to playstation controllers?

I dont know, but I just googled it and I think you can use something called a Logitech Profiler, which you may already have installed with your controller. If not maybe look into that, it allows sensitivity adjustments.

There are no official drivers for (I think) PS controllers before PS4 for Windows. I've heard that PS4 controller will work (but I don't know who writes those drivers). Motionjoy is one of those 3rd party companies that wrote a driver for early PS controllers.
