Variations of this have been posted in the past. I know each system currently has a security rating, which most of us ignore. Here is my "wish-list" suggestion:
Super-civilized Systems
More Civilized Systems
Less Civilized Systems
Super-civilized Systems
- Super Safe. Noob zones. Great area for learning game. Experienced players can help friends.
- Anybody can visit or re-visit. Come and go as you please.
- Super high security. All aggression is met with immediate security response and penalties.
- Possibly full ship destruction inhibited - ship ramming won't destroy noobs. PvP weapon damage output capped.
- Stations offer full services. Reduced selection in Armory.
- Entry level missions offered.
- Not much profit in doing bulk trading. Low profit margins on commodities.
- Random NPC pirates & interdictions less common and easy.
More Civilized Systems
- Safer, easier.
- More security presence. More risk doing illegal activities.
- More safe in Open.
- Greater penalties for crime.
- Greater risks if you have a naughty past. (unpaid fines, bounty)
- Less NPC pirates.
- Less profit in legal missions taking place in these systems.
- More profit in illegal missions taking place in these systems.
- Smuggling and illegal goods very profitable.
- Stations offer more services.
- Stations support docking assist.
Less Civilized Systems
- More dangerous.
- Less security. Less risk doing illegal activities.
- Less safe in Open
- Less penalties for crime.
- Less risks if you have a naughty past. (unpaid fines, bounty)
- More NPC pirates.
- More profit in legal missions taking place in these systems.
- Less profit in illegal missions taking place in these systems.
- Smuggling and illegal goods not very profitable.
- Stations offer less services.
- Stations don't support docking assist.
