Plazas?

Do we know if the developers are considering improving the path system to allow for plazas? It would allow for some much better and more realistic looking parks.

They really need to offer an option like rct3. Simple square paths that be laid out over large areas. The pathing system is a mess atm in my opinion.

What do you want? Pathing system is perfect tight now. They seemed to find a perfect way to make the paths look smooth and like actual paths not like this weird thing in RTC3 or this even worst mess in RCTW. They even tweaked it so you can make perfect forks/ junctions in the path. It's all exactly wher I want it and how I want it. Really ebediant system here.
Did you really wanted to stay in the stone age of pathing system?
They are still trying their best to make plazas possible, though I don't know why would one need something so wide and empty, but what they could just do is to increase max path size even wider, but I'm pretty sure most people would've used that size as their standard path size throughout their parks like they do it now.

I never understood the plaza obsession myself. Not that I don't think it should be available. But, you can work around it to a degree, and fill the "green space" with scenery.

Its true you cant have wide open parade ground style plazas but you can easily have large, open areas by connecting paths together, you will need to put up with the odd little circle where they join but thats easily hidden with something like a lamp post or plant, etc.

In fact, I decided to show you what I mean by laying down some paths like I said to dempnstrate, however, It looked empty so threw in a bit of scenery and some rides to get people in and I'm so happy with how its starting, this might be the start of my new park!

I think you'll agree, it looks like a busy plaza.

No theme park ever really has a big open space without some sort of scenery/stalls/foliage in the middle of it, so I think the pathing system is perfect personally. [rolleyes]
