[PLEA] Please, please, remove that big, black, blocking band

Please FD I beseech thee,


Remove that big, black, blocking band with the animated diamond and the words "stand by" when selecting outfitting in the menu.
It wasn't there before 2.1 and it blocks the view when your ship is transported down.
I want to be able to look out of my ship without some unnecessary blockage being put in front of my eyes.
You can leave the diamond and the words, but that big black in-the-face black band is a terrible new addition that is totally unnecessary.

What's more it is not displayed when we select "return to surface" and it is also not displayed if we select "enter hangar".
It is only displayed if we select "outfitting" via starport services. So obviously we don't need our view to be blocked at all.

Just get rid of it, please, pretty please.

I have to confess I know about that thread, and I even was one of the first to react.

But I am a bit afraid FD forgets about this.
They might not consider it a priority, but we have to look at that black eyesore all the time.
Lately I have been doing quite a bit of refitting my Python and I have had to look at that black band frequently.
It hurts. :)

That's something I truly don't understand.... I mean really, being serious... how long could it take to just remove a black line? How many precious minutes of developer resources would it take? I bet 5 minutes, in the worst case.
